These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website mmventures.ltd (the “Website”), operated by M&M Ventures Ltd, a company registered in the Isle of Man (Company Registration No. 135641C) with its registered address at Ferndale, Saddle Road, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM2 1HG (“M&M Ventures”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.
1. Informational purposes only
The Website and its contents are provided for general information about M&M Ventures and its services. Nothing on the Website constitutes, or should be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind, an offer, a solicitation, a recommendation or an inducement to buy, sell or hold any investment or financial product, or to engage in any transaction or strategy.
2. No regulated financial services
M&M Ventures provides non-regulated consulting, research, business review, due diligence support, software development and AI implementation services. M&M Ventures does not provide regulated investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage, financial promotion or investment management services, and nothing on the Website should be understood as offering such services. Any references on the Website to due diligence, investment opportunity review or fund analysis describe non-regulated research, review and consulting support for professional clients.
3. No client relationship
Use of the Website, or sending us an enquiry, does not create any client, advisory, fiduciary or contractual relationship. Any engagement with M&M Ventures is subject to a separate written agreement setting out its own terms.

The Website and its contents — including text, logos, graphics and design — are owned by or licensed to M&M Ventures and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference. Any other reproduction, distribution or use requires our prior written consent.
